How to Buy
At Alexander James customer satisfaction is our main priority. To help us achieve this we like to have as much contact with you as possible, ensuring you get the right cloth, style and fit.
As the majority of garments we manufacture are to order and not off the peg, changes to the details of the garment can be altered to best suit the individual giving you, the customer a truly bespoke tailored item.
To order;

Or alternatively,
- E-mail your order to us at info@alexander-james.co.uk. A member of our sales team will then contact you to confirm the order and discuss any details with you.
We accept all major credit cards; Visa, Mastercard, Meastro, Electron etc…
For full made to measure bespoke, Alexander James will need to see the customer twice, firstly to take the order and measurments required and then a second time for a fitting before the garment is finished. After the garment is finished we can see the customer in person or send their parcel by carrier.
You can either visit our shop and factory in Pendlebury or come and see us at one of the country shows that we exhibit at throughout the year, we would be delighted to meet you in person.
